The school has received a lovely delivery of 30 new skipping ropes as a thank you to Ms Moloney for an Active Schools initiative she took part in recently. The package came with a note encouraging the school's participation in the 'Skip around Europe Challenge' during the month of May. The girls are asked to build skipping into their day, aiming to skip around Europe by tracking the cumulative distance covered.
The skipping ropes will be available to teachers/students to participate at a time that suits - it might be nice to get outside for a 5 or 10-minute brain break each day if the nice weather continues 😎
