We are excited to celebrate Book Day this Thursday, March 5th! It is a wonderful opportunity for our girls to celebrate their love of reading.
Our whole school will take part in a special book project, One School, One Book. The idea behind this initiative is that great stories travel and speak to us, no matter our age. We will have appropriate and engaging activities at all class levels and are looking forward to active participation from all students.
This year, our chosen whole-school book is Milo Imagines the World.
In addition, we invite all students to bring in their favourite book to share with their class.
Those who wish to participate may dress in their cosiest clothes—tracksuits, fleeces, hoodies, fluffy socks, etc. The emphasis is on comfort, so students may wear whatever they like, provided it is warm and suitable for full participation in school activities.
We look forward to a lovely day of reading and sharing stories.
